Basiltops is a finalist for two awards in the National Association of the Specialty Food Trade’s Sofi awards competition. Our complete line of All-Natural, Artisan Basil Sauces & Pestos is up for the Outstanding Product Line award, and our Hemp Seed Pesto is up for the Outstanding Cooking Sauce and Flavor Enhancer award. For those who are not familiar with the NASFT’s Sofi Awards, it is the equivalent of winning an Oscar at the Academy Awards.

Cynthia Bronte has a great view of the ocean from the front yard of her home in Cardiff-by-the-Sea but she spends most of her time in the backyard, where the ocean breezes give way to a spicy aroma of basil, reminiscent of her grandmother’s home in Sicily.
