Fill large pot with water; add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil to boiling water. Add 1 pound pasta. When pasta is almost cooked (al dente), take ¼ cup of the boiling pasta water and mix with ¼ cup of your favorite Basiltops pesto. Drain the cooked pasta, pour into a bowl and roll pasta in the sauce until completely covered. One pouch of Basiltops Pesto is good for 2 lbs of pasta.
Optional: Serve with grated cheese sprinkled on top.
